I accept fee for service payment only. Payment is required at the time of visit. I am out of network and not part of HMO or insurance company panels. Acceptable payment methods include credit card, HSA, and FSA.

Psychotherapy services are eligible for out-of-network coverage when available in your plan. I can provide you with the necessary, coded documentation (i.e., Super Bill) so you can self-file for reimbursement.
